Handing Over & Maintenance

The works will be handed over to the client in a ready-to-use condition upon completion of all required government formalities. The works will be maintained for a period of 365 days starting from the date of issuance of the certificate of completion.

Planning & Coordination

Project Planning

Receipt & Distribution

Upon receiving the original contract drawings from consultants or clients, one copy will be retained at the Head Office for record-keeping. Two additional copies will be sent to the site for execution purposes.

Review & Implementation

Our project engineers thoroughly review every detail of the drawings. The details are discussed with the workforce and supervisors to ensure that all work is carried out according to the approved drawings.

As-Built Drawings

At the end of the project, all site changes will be documented and updated into the final drawings. These as-built drawings will be provided to the client for their records.

Records Management

A detailed register will be maintained by the site team to document all changes during execution. This register will be available for review and submission to the client or consultant as required.

Project Mobilization

Upon receipt of the work order, a pre-assigned site team will immediately take charge of the project. Mobilization activities will be supervised by a designated project manager to ensure a smooth start.

Quality & Supply Control

Materials Management

General Materials

A material schedule will be prepared by the project engineer and planning engineer, including material name, required date, approval status, budget and current status.

Inspection & Verification

Upon arrival, materials will be inspected by the site engineer for compliance with consultant approvals. The storekeeper will verify quantities and check for any damage.

Storage & Distribution

Materials will be properly stored and issued to the workforce as needed, following the instructions of the site engineer.

Oman-Made Materials

Preference will be given to locally made materials, provided they meet the required specifications.

Sample Materials

Approved material samples will be retained on-site throughout the project duration until project handover.

Our site staff consists of highly experienced professionals with extensive experience in Oman. They are well-versed in various types of structures and finishes, ensuring high-quality workmanship across all projects.
